  1. Office Organisation, Documentation, Material & Stationery
  2. Storage and Retrieval of information, Office Machinery
  3. Internal and External Communication
  4. Equipment, Materials, Services and Supplies
  5. Work environment and controls procedures, Communication and Personal effectiveness

Course duration : 10 weeks (30 hours)
Mode of delivery : Lectures (face to face)
Full-time or Part-time course : Part-time
Average teacher-student : 1:12
Commencement date : Available on every month (on demand)
End date : 2.5 months after commencement date
Method of assessment / examination: 

Students are assessed by examination set and marked by Pearson LCCI. The qualification is certificated on a three-grade scale: 
Pass (50% to 59%) 
Merit (60% to 74%)
Distinction (75% and above)
Examination period:
Series exam available on January, March, April, May, June, July, September, November & December
Expected examination result release date:
2 months after the date of examination
Entry requirements:  
Academic Level: 
at least 16 years old, completed GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent 

Language Proficiency: 
Pass in English at Secondary 4 Level or equivalent OR 
Exceptions: Students, who have other qualifications, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Accumulation of the 3 level three certificates will lead to the issuance of the Level 3 Diploma Certificate
